Silence weekly photo challenge.

Little Quill Lake at sunset, Saskatchewan, Canada

At -40°C the only sound was an occasional Snow Bunting flying past me to roost in a reed bed and some creaks and groans from the ice.

Lovely colours…but -40 C…I wouldn’t have ventured out….

Having got a touch of frostbite just before the new year I don’t know if I could handle -40°C anymore.
